I found out that 90 percent of my mental life is subconscious. I also found out that I have been mostly drifting through my life. I learned that I have always been living with the Law of Attraction. The only thing is that in the past I have not been attracting things I wish for, nor the things I like or the things that I want out of life. As stated in the Master Key 5:8 “We are today the result of our past thinking… “.
When I applied for a Scholarship to the Master Key Master Mind Alliance program I had no clue what an incredible journey I was embarking on. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine the value and depth of The Master Key System by Charles Haanel, nor did I realize how great a book Og Mandino wrote in The Greatest Salesman in the World! I had started to read the essay, Compensation, by Ralph Waldo Emerson many times but could never get through it. Since taking this course I have read it 5 times because I was bound to understand it this time.
Haanel has given us this awesome example of a fine Estate that awaits us as illustrated in the Master Key 5:14 “There is a fine estate awaiting a claimant. Its broad acres… All the heir has to do is to assert his heirship, take possession, and use the property. He must use it…” He continues in Master Keys 5:16 “To gain this estate, three processes are necessary: You must earnestly desire it. You must assert your claim. You must take possession.
Week 5 has introduced the Law of Giving and Receiving. To get something, we must give something first, without the expectation of reciprocity. Give freely everywhere we go, everyone we meet, all the time as illustrated in Master Key 5:25 “This power is from within, but we cannot receive it unless we give it. Use is the condition upon which we hold this inheritance. We are each of us but the channel through which the Omnipotent power is being differentiated into form; unless we give, the channel is obstructed and we can receive no more. This is true on every plane of existence and in every field of endeavor and all walks of life. The more we give, the more we get.”
All this is in total alignment with my analogy last week and ties in with Master Key 4.21 “…we must become a channel whereby the Universal can express activity. The Universal is constantly seeking to express itself, to be of service, and it seeks the channel whereby it can find the greatest activity, where it can do the most good, where it can be of greatest service to mankind.”
In conclusion, the merchant who does not keep his goods going out will soon have none coming in.
